At Fourth Trimester Co., our focus is supporting mothers and families through practical home support and postpartum assistance. To ensure we provide the highest quality service, there are a few things we do not offer.

Medical Care

While Madison is a registered nurse, Fourth Trimester Co. does not provide medical care, nursing services, medical advice, medication administration, or clinical assessments.

Any medical concerns should be directed to your healthcare provider.

Childcare & Babysitting

Our services are designed to support the household and the mother. We are not a childcare, nanny, or babysitting service and do not provide sole supervision of children.

We are happy to work alongside you and help lighten your load while you're caring for your children.

Overnight Newborn Care

We do not provide overnight newborn care, sleep training, or night nanny services.

Deep Cleaning Services

We provide light household support and home resets, including:

• Dishes

• Laundry

• Tidying

• Organization

• Surface cleaning

• Kitchen resets

We do not provide:

• Deep cleaning

• Carpet cleaning

• Window washing

• Move-out cleaning

• Housekeeping services requiring specialized equipment

Transportation Services

We do not transport children, clients, or family members.

Professional Counseling or Therapy

While we offer compassionate support and a listening ear, we are not licensed counselors, therapists, or mental health providers.
