Our Story
Hi, I’m Madison.
I'm a wife, mother, step mom, registered nurse, and the founder of Fourth Trimester Co.
Like many women, I spent so much time preparing for my baby—but very little time preparing for myself.
After becoming a mother, I quickly realized that postpartum is about so much more than caring for a newborn. It's recovering from birth while adjusting to a completely new life. It's navigating sleepless nights, changing routines, a shifting identity, and the mental load of trying to keep everything running while caring for your baby.
And while everyone asks about the baby, mothers are often left carrying the weight of everything behind the scenes.
The meals.
The laundry.
The dishes.
The errands.
The endless to-do lists.
Everyone says it takes a village to raise a child, but the reality is that many mothers don't have the village they need. Family may live far away. Friends may be busy with their own lives. Partners may have to return to work. Even mothers with wonderful support systems can find themselves overwhelmed during one of the biggest transitions of their lives.
That's why I created Fourth Trimester Co.
My vision is simple: to provide the kind of practical, meaningful support that allows mothers to focus on what matters most—healing, bonding with their baby, and settling into motherhood with confidence.
Whether that's preparing your home before baby arrives, organizing a nursery, helping with meal preparation, laundry, home resets, errands, or postpartum support, my goal is to help lighten the load during this season of life.
At Fourth Trimester Co., we believe mothers deserve care too.
We believe asking for help is a strength, not a weakness.
And we believe no mother should feel like she has to do it all alone.
Thank you for being here. It is an honor to support mothers and families during such a meaningful chapter of life.
With love,
Madison
